Noon has no off-the-shelf Odoo app in the standard product, so the right method depends on your seller account. We design an integration that fits what Noon gives you and what Odoo needs.
Odoo has no Noon connector in its standard apps, so the integration method depends on what the seller account allows: Noon API access where granted, scheduled file imports from the seller portal, or a verified third-party app. A good setup maps partner SKUs to Odoo products, tracks Fulfilled by Noon stock in its own location, and splits payout statements into sales, commissions, fees and returns.
An Odoo Noon integration in the UAE connects your Noon seller account to Odoo so that marketplace orders, stock held in Noon's fulfilment centres, returns and payout statements become proper Odoo records. Noon is a major channel for UAE and KSA consumer brands, electronics distributors and FMCG traders. Many of them already run Odoo for wholesale and purchasing, but treat Noon as a separate world managed through downloads from the seller portal.
Odoo does not include a Noon connector in its standard apps. The available routes depend on your account: some sellers are given API access by Noon, others work with the exports and uploads available in the seller portal, and a few third-party connector apps exist on the Odoo Apps Store whose coverage and maintenance you should verify. We do not assume API access; we confirm with your Noon account manager what is available and design around it. This sits within our wider Odoo integration services.
If you also sell on Amazon.ae, the contrast is useful: Odoo Enterprise has a native Amazon connector, described on our Odoo Amazon integration page, while Noon usually needs a custom or file-based design. The ERP Noon integration page covers Noon for other ERP platforms.

What UAE sellers tell us before they connect Noon to Odoo.
Someone exports orders from the seller portal every morning and types them into Odoo or a spreadsheet. On sale days the backlog grows and orders ship late.
Noon keeps its own catalogue identifier alongside your partner SKU. When the partner SKU does not match the Odoo internal reference, imports fail or land on the wrong product.
Goods sent to Fulfilled by Noon warehouses leave your premises but are still your stock. Booking them as sales on dispatch overstates revenue and loses track of what Noon is holding.
Payout statements net sales against commission, fulfilment fees, returns and adjustments. Without line-level import, finance books a single receipt and the difference sits unexplained.
Customer returns may go back to Noon's warehouse, be returned to you or be written off. If Odoo is not told, stock and cost of sales drift every month.
A flow that works with either API access or scheduled file imports.
One shared database: every step updates stock, finance and reports in real time.
Directions and frequency depend on whether your account has API access; file imports follow the same mapping.
| Data | Direction | Trigger / frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| SKU mapping | Maintained in Odoo | On new listings | Partner SKU and Noon identifier stored on the Odoo product |
| Orders | Noon to Odoo | Scheduled API pull or daily file import | Create sales orders tagged with the Noon order number |
| Seller-fulfilled shipments | Odoo to Noon | API where available, otherwise portal upload | Status and tracking updated so Noon's performance metrics are met |
| FBN inbound transfers | Odoo internal transfer | Per consignment | Moves stock to a dedicated Noon fulfilment location |
| Stock levels for seller-fulfilled items | Odoo to Noon | Scheduled or bulk upload | Push available quantity after reservations for other channels |
| Returns | Noon to Odoo | With order updates or return reports | Return to Noon stock, to your warehouse, or write-off |
| Payout statement | Noon to Odoo | Each payout | Lines posted to sales, commission, fees and adjustments through a clearing account |
| Price updates | Odoo to Noon | On change, if supported | Many sellers keep pricing in the portal for promotions |
We confirm each option against your seller account before recommending it.
Often 3-6 weeks for a file-based design; API builds vary with the access Noon provides.
We check with you and your Noon account manager whether API access is available and which fulfilment models you use, FBN, seller-fulfilled or both.
Partner SKUs, Noon identifiers and Odoo references are reconciled, including multi-packs and bundles.
A Noon fulfilment location, a Noon clearing account and fee accounts are created so stock and money have a clear home.
Orders, returns and statements are imported on a schedule, with validation that flags unknown SKUs or totals that do not match.
We reconcile one or two payout cycles with your finance team, then hand over a checklist for exceptions.
Configuration points only; confirm the tax treatment with your tax advisor.
Your Noon sales are recorded as your supplies and Noon's commission and fee invoices as purchases. Both must be posted correctly for the VAT return in Odoo Accounting.
If you sell on Noon in both countries, keep separate fiscal positions, taxes and possibly companies in Odoo, because VAT rules and registrations differ.
Only the order data needed for fulfilment and returns should be stored. Follow Noon's seller terms and the UAE PDPL on retention and access.
Keep the original Noon files or API responses linked to Odoo entries for at least five years to support any FTA review.

Ask an ExpertNot in Odoo's standard apps. Some third-party apps exist on the Odoo Apps Store, and we verify their version support and maintenance before recommending one. Otherwise we build a custom module around the access your account has.
Yes. A well-designed file-based integration with scheduled imports and validation removes most manual work. If API access is granted later, the same mapping is reused.
Stock sent to Noon moves to a dedicated Odoo location by internal transfer. Sales and returns then adjust that location, so Odoo shows what Noon holds and its value.
Noon manages customer communication on its platform, so we do not message Noon buyers directly. For your own channels, see Odoo WhatsApp integration.
Yes, in your own warehouse. Outbound FBN consignments can be scanned and labelled from Odoo. See Odoo RFID integration for high-volume tagging.
