Noon is a major channel for many UAE brands, but its seller tools are separate from your back office. We connect Noon catalog, stock, orders and payouts to your ERP with the method that fits your account and volume.
Noon sellers integrate their ERP by API where the account allows it, a partner connector, or structured bulk files. The ERP pushes catalog, prices and own-warehouse stock to Noon, imports Noon orders as sales orders, tracks Fulfilled by Noon stock as a separate location, and splits each payout into sales, commissions, fees and returns before matching it to the bank.
Noon is one of the largest regional marketplaces, selling in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. For UAE brands, distributors and electronics traders it often becomes a top channel within months, usually managed by an e-commerce executive who uploads catalogs in bulk files and checks orders in the seller portal. An ERP Noon integration takes that work out of spreadsheets so that stock, orders and payouts sit in the same system as your warehouse and accounts.
Noon sellers typically run one or both fulfillment models: shipping from their own warehouse, or sending stock to Noon's fulfillment centers under Fulfilled by Noon (FBN). Promotions such as Yellow Friday and Ramadan campaigns create sharp spikes, and payouts arrive with commissions, fulfillment charges and returns already netted off. All of that has to be visible in the ERP to know what Noon is actually earning you.
Integration methods vary by seller account. Some sellers have API access through Noon or approved partners; many work with bulk file exports and imports from the seller portal. We do not assume a single official connector: we confirm what your account supports and design around it. Odoo users can see our Odoo Noon integration page, and sellers also active on Amazon should compare with the ERP Amazon integration design.

Stock is updated in Noon by bulk file once or twice a day. During campaigns, items sell beyond what the warehouse holds, and cancellations hurt seller ratings.
The payout is a net figure after commissions, fulfillment fees and returns. Without a line-level breakdown, finance cannot reconcile it or see channel margin.
Stock sent to Noon warehouses is treated as sold or simply disappears from reports. Inventory valuation and reorder planning both suffer.
Deal prices for sale events are typed into the portal. They are not tracked in the ERP, so post-campaign margin analysis is guesswork.
Returned items come back from customers or from FBN with different conditions. Without matching, credit notes and stock receipts do not line up.
A practical flow for a seller using both own-warehouse shipping and FBN.
One shared database: every step updates stock, finance and reports in real time.

Availability depends on your seller account. We confirm the options with you before choosing.
Review what your Noon seller account offers: API access, partner tools or file templates. This decides the architecture and how often stock can update.
Match partner SKUs and Noon product identifiers to ERP items, including bundles and packs that consume several units.
Create an FBN warehouse in the ERP and record each consignment as a transfer, then reconcile against Noon's receipt data.
Map statement lines to accounts for sales, output VAT, commission, fulfillment charges and returns, with a clearing account per payout. See our accounting integration approach.
Share stock rules with your website and other marketplaces. If you run Shopify too, we align reservations so campaigns on one channel do not starve another.
Before the next major sale, test price scheduling and order volume. Customer updates can be added through an ERP WhatsApp integration where customers have opted in.
General guidance only; confirm with your tax advisor.
Record gross sales and output VAT from order data, and treat Noon commissions and fees as supplier charges with input VAT where Noon's tax invoices show it. Our UAE VAT ERP page covers tax codes.
Selling on Noon KSA or Egypt involves other tax systems and possibly other entities. Keep each country as a separate channel with its own tax settings in the ERP.
FBN stock remains your inventory until sold. Keep transfer and adjustment records in the ERP and retain tax records for at least five years.
Use buyer data only for fulfillment and accounting, under Noon's policies and UAE data protection rules.

Stock updates are tied to the ERP, so deals do not oversell what the warehouse holds.
Commissions, fees and returns are visible by SKU and by campaign.
Each Noon transfer is explained line by line and matched to the bank.
Stock at Noon is valued and planned like any other warehouse.
We configure the system for the rules UAE businesses report against, and test it before go-live.

Ask an ExpertWe do not assume one. Integration options depend on your seller account and on partner tools. We review what your account supports and choose API, partner tool or file-based sync accordingly.
Yes, for moderate volumes. Automated file generation and import from the ERP, scheduled several times a day, removes most manual work. Higher volumes benefit from API or partner tools.
As a separate FBN location in the ERP. Transfers move stock in, FBN sales reduce it, and periodic reconciliation catches differences.
Yes, if campaign prices are scheduled from ERP price lists and statement fees are posted by order. You can then compare campaign sales, fees and returns.
Two connections, one design. Both marketplaces feed the same item master, stock rules and clearing-account structure in the ERP.
A file-based or partner-tool setup often takes three to six weeks, including at least one payout cycle of parallel reconciliation.
