Make Zoho Inventory the stock master for your Shopify store, so available quantities, picking, packing, shipping and returns are controlled from one place across your UAE warehouses.
Zoho Inventory integrates with Shopify natively as a sales channel: Shopify orders arrive as sales orders, Zoho Inventory drives picking, packing and shipments, sends fulfillment status back to Shopify and pushes available stock from the warehouses you allow. Invoices and payments flow to Zoho Books. UAE sellers use it to share one stock figure across Shopify, B2B and showroom sales.
Shopify tracks quantities well for a single shop. Problems start when the same stock also sells to B2B customers, on a marketplace or through a showroom in Dubai Mall or a trade counter in Al Quoz. A Zoho Inventory Shopify integration in the UAE makes Zoho Inventory the one stock master: it receives Shopify orders as sales orders, drives picking, packing and shipments, and pushes the available quantity back to Shopify.
Zoho Inventory includes a native Shopify integration among its sales channels. It covers item mapping, stock sync and order import; the exact options (for example how multiple Shopify locations map to Zoho warehouses, or how often stock is pushed) depend on your plan and on current product behaviour, so we test them against your catalogue before go-live. Accounting entries flow on to Zoho Books, which is why finance teams rarely need the separate Zoho Books Shopify connector once Zoho Inventory is in place.
This page focuses on Shopify. For WooCommerce stores, or for a broader view across Amazon.ae, Noon and other channels, see Zoho Inventory WooCommerce integration and Zoho Inventory ecommerce integration.

The warehouse sells the last units to a reseller while Shopify still shows them in stock. The online customer gets a cancellation email and the store collects a bad review.
Stock sits partly in a Jebel Ali 3PL and partly in a Sharjah store room. Shopify shows a total that neither location can actually ship today.
Staff print Shopify order notifications and walk the shelves. There is no pick list by bin, no packing check and no record of which carton went with which AWB.
Cosmetics, supplements and food sellers need to ship oldest stock first and trace a batch if there is a complaint. Shopify does not manage batches or expiry dates.
Returned parcels are put back on the shelf without inspection or are left in a corner. Stock counts drift and damaged goods are sold again.
Without sales velocity and reorder levels tied to purchase orders, buyers either overstock slow lines or run out of best sellers before Ramadan and White Friday peaks.
One shared database: every step updates stock, finance and reports in real time.

The native channel covers most needs; the rest fill specific gaps.
We align SKUs between Shopify and your purchase records, remove duplicates and decide how variants, bundles and composite items will be handled.
We set up each physical location, decide which ones feed Shopify availability and agree safety stock so the store never shows the last unit on the shelf.
We count and import opening quantities with batch, expiry or serial numbers, and value them for Zoho Books.
We connect the store, run a pilot week with live orders in parallel and check picking, shipping, tracking updates and returns.
Storekeepers and packers learn pick lists, packaging, barcode scanning and returns inspection on the Zoho Inventory mobile app.
What matters when stock and sales data move between the store and Zoho; confirm tax treatment with your tax advisor.
Invoices posted to Zoho Books carry 5% VAT on standard-rated goods, and returns create credit notes that reverse the output tax for the same period's VAT return or a later one.
Products regulated by municipal or federal authorities, such as cosmetics and food, may need batch and expiry records for recalls. Zoho Inventory batch tracking supports this record keeping.
Clean item, customer and TRN data in Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books helps when PINT AE e-invoicing through Accredited Service Providers becomes mandatory from 2027 for in-scope businesses; check the latest MoF/FTA guidance.
Shopify customer names, addresses and phone numbers are copied into Zoho. Apply PDPL principles and restrict warehouse users to the fields they need for shipping.

Ask an ExpertYes. Shopify is one of Zoho Inventory's built-in sales channels, covering item mapping, order import and stock sync. We confirm current limits, such as location mapping and sync frequency, for your plan during setup.
Yes. Zoho Inventory supports multiple warehouses, and you choose which ones contribute to the stock figure sent to Shopify. Orders are then fulfilled from the right location.
Usually not. Zoho Inventory posts invoices and payments to Zoho Books. Running both connectors on the same store can create duplicate sales, so we enable only one route.
Yes. Sales reps can check availability and create orders from CRM through the Zoho CRM Inventory integration, drawing on the same stock as Shopify.

For a single store with one or two warehouses, a focused rollout often takes a few weeks, depending on catalogue cleanliness and stock count. Larger catalogues or 3PL links take longer. See our Zoho Inventory implementation service.
